Abstract
⺠The reaction of a Schiff base with CN- and its complex with Cu2+ was investigated. ⺠The effects of surfactants and β-cyclodextrin on the reactions were studied. ⺠MCR-ALS was used to obtain the kinetic order of the reaction and its rate constant. ⺠The rate constant of the reactions in different conditions was calculated. ⺠The stability constant of the inclusion complex of Schiff base was estimated.
