Abstract
⺠ADB exist in solution as a mixture of enol-azo and hydrazo tautomeric forms. ⺠Tautomeric balance shifts to the enol-azo form an increase in the solvent polarity. ⺠Proton dissociation in ADB is unspontaneous, endothermic and entropically unfavorable.
