Abstract
⺠Viscosity and speed of sound properties of binary liquid mixtures are essential in process simulation, equipment design, solution theory and molecular dynamics. ⺠Acoustic properties are useful in understanding the molecular interactions. ⺠All the excess or deviation properties studied in the present research showed deviations from ideal behavior. ⺠The viscosity models tested in the present study show a good ability to fit the experimental data. ⺠More interestingly the Jouyban-Acree model gave satisfactorily good results for all the studied binary systems at both the temperatures.
