Abstract
⺠The excess partial molar isobaric heat capacity of water in water-rich mixtures with co-solvents is calculated. ⺠Possible enhancement of the relative extent of fully hydrogen bonded domains of the water is deduced from it. ⺠A condition for enhancement is that this excess is larger than a part of the heat capacity of ideal gas water.
