Abstract
⺠The paper characterizes Labrasol®/cosurfactant/oil/water microemulsions. ⺠The cosurfactants were Solubilisant gamma® 2421 or 2429 and Cremophor® RH40. ⺠The microemulsions area, microstructure and solubilization capacity were evaluated. ⺠The PCS analysis allows detection of diluted oil-in-water microemulsions. ⺠The drug ibuprofen, embedded at the interface, extends the single-phase area.
