⺠We examine alcohol-water azeotropy on the basis of cluster structures.. ⺠Thermodynamic stability of clusters is related to evaporation properties. ⺠Evaporation property of water is changed by the cluster-level structures. ⺠Condensation of ethanol through azeotropic distillation and ultrasonic atomization.
