Abstract
⺠Presence of specific intermolecular interaction in the PEG solutions. ⺠Strong interactions due to terminal hydroxyl groups of PEG. ⺠Complex formation through hydrogen bonding in PEG + ethanolamine and PEG + m-cresol. ⺠The mole ratio of stable adduct is 0.6721 and 0.6706 for PEG + ethanolamine and PEG + m-cresol. ⺠Mixing rules for the prediction of optical dielectric permittivity of PEG200 solutions.
