Abstract
The regression correlative analysis of the aqueous-organic solvents' (water-methanol, water-ethanol and water-propan-2-ol) effect on the strength of amino acids (α-alanine, valine) has been provided at 298.15 K. Energetic contributions of acceptor ΔΔGd,10(ETN) and cohesion ΔΔGd,10(δN2) properties of water-organic solvents into amino acid strength with carboxylic groups change ΔΔGd,10, and energetic contributions of acceptor ΔΔGd,20(ETN), cohesion ΔΔGd,20(δN2) and dielectric ΔΔGd,20(εN− 1) properties of water-organic solvents into amino acid strength with amino groups change ΔΔGd,20 are evaluated.
