Abstract
The regression correlative analysis of the aqueous-organic solvents' (water-methanol, water-ethanol and water-propan-2-ol) effect on the strength of amino acids (α-alanine, valine) has been provided at 298.15 K. Energetic contributions of acceptor ÎÎGd,10(ETN) and cohesion ÎÎGd,10(δN2) properties of water-organic solvents into amino acid strength with carboxylic groups change ÎÎGd,10, and energetic contributions of acceptor ÎÎGd,20(ETN), cohesion ÎÎGd,20(δN2) and dielectric ÎÎGd,20(εNâ 1) properties of water-organic solvents into amino acid strength with amino groups change ÎÎGd,20 are evaluated.
