Abstract
Such an approach requires single experimental point of the CRL-data for the mixture at semi-infinite dilution (x < 0.01). Knowing reduced Krichevskii parameter Kc for this point one can obtain the proper binary interaction parameter k12, which is essential for LPD prediction. In order to validate the method, the initial slopes of CRL for six binary mixtures were used for LPD-calculations. Results demonstrate that predicted LPD not just qualitatively reproduced the experimental data but also give a reasonable quantitative agreement with experiment.
