Abstract
Dipole moments have been determined by using the mixtures of aniline, o-chloro aniline, p-chloro aniline with phenol and o-nitro phenol in carbon tetrachloride at 30 °C based on Debye's polarization method and Huysken's method. The results are interpreted that the complex dipole moment for the halogen substitution of acceptor complexes is greater than the mono substituted acceptor complexes. But the case is reversed in halogen substitution of donor complexes.
