Abstract
Modified Flory's statistical theory and uniform gaseous model have been employed to evaluate thermal conductivity of six ternary liquid mixtures viz. toluene + carbontetrachloride + chloroform (I), benzene + n-pentane + cyclohexane (II), benzene + chloroform + 2-propanol (III), toluene + benzene + n-pentane (IV), cyclohexane + carbontetrachloride + 2-propanol (V) and n-pentane + toluene + 2-propanol (VI) at 298.15 K. Theoretical results are found to be in fairly good agreement with the experimental results.
