Abstract
⺠We built a spectrometer that operates between 260 and 295 GHz based on CP-FT techniques. ⺠The spectrometer includes an active VDI multiplier chain and subharmonic mixer. ⺠The spectrometer has the ability to measure 35 GHz in 2 μs. ⺠We demonstrate that this spectrometer has frequency accuracy to within 35 kHz.
