Abstract
⺠Multiple-valued and single-valued coordinate systems are compared. ⺠Coordinate ranges are illustrated by portions of squares and cubes. ⺠Multiple-valued symmetry properties become single-valued boundary conditions. ⺠To avoid quasilinear complications, triatomic molecules are excluded from consideration.
