Abstract
⺠We present results from the first spectroscopic study of methyl chlorodifluoroacetate. ⺠We have measured the barrier to methyl group internal rotation and analyzed the hyperfine structure arising from the chlorine nucleus. ⺠We provide comparisons with barriers to methyl group internal rotations in other chlorinated molecules.
