Abstract
► We present results from the first spectroscopic study of methyl chlorodifluoroacetate. ► We have measured the barrier to methyl group internal rotation and analyzed the hyperfine structure arising from the chlorine nucleus. ► We provide comparisons with barriers to methyl group internal rotations in other chlorinated molecules.
