Abstract
⺠Rotational spectra analyzed for six isotopomers of 1-chloro-1-fluoroethylene-hydrogen fluoride. ⺠Planar structure with hydrogen bond bent to establish secondary interaction. ⺠Complete 35Cl and 37Cl and diagonal elements of D nuclear quadrupole coupling tensors determined. ⺠Diagonal elements of HF nuclear spin-spin interaction tensor determined. ⺠Comparisons with analogous complexes shows similar effect of fluorine versus chlorine substitution.
