Abstract
⺠Nitrogen-induced broadening and shift coefficients for four vibrational bands of HI molecule are evaluated. ⺠All studied bands have similar broadening coefficients. ⺠Line shifts are dominated by the vibrational dependence of the isotropic part of the intermolecular interaction potential.
