Abstract
⺠The jet-cooled, high-resolution IR spectrum of C2HF5 has been recorded between 1100 and 1325 cmâ1. ⺠Transitions in five fundamental vibrations have been assigned and fit to a Watson Hamiltonian. ⺠At 10 K, these five bands do not show any significant perturbations for the low J and K transitions. ⺠Joint fits with previous work were attempted for the ν4 and ν13, successfully in the former case. ⺠Rotational structure in the ν5 and ν14 bands has been assigned for the first time.
