Hydrogen bonds where the hydrogen donor is an sp3 carbon are found to be stronger than those where the hydrogen donor is an sp2 carbon. Some pseudo hydrogen bonds are found with peculiar characteristics showing that although the AIM analysis indicates the existence of a bond, they are not hydrogen bonds.
