Abstract
⺠Recent progress in solid-state NMR at high static magnetic fields and ultra-fast MAS is discussed. ⺠A focus is on protein resonance assignment and structure determination. ⺠Consequences of ultra-fast MAS on sensitivity and sample heating are considered. ⺠Recoupling and decoupling techniques are presented. ⺠We discuss new research avenues: paramagnetic doping and proton detection.
