Abstract
⺠Natural abundance calcium-43 NMR was used to study commercial cement. ⺠The hydrolysis of an important admixture in cement was followed by carbon-13 NMR. ⺠The admixture hydrolysis time scale was found to be 6 days. ⺠The structural changes of cement in the presence of admixture were detected.
