Abstract
⺠Bloch wave method was used to describe electron transport in crystalline solids. ⺠Crystal structure and coherent scattering are explicitly taken into account. ⺠EMDDF strongly depends on the electron emission direction and crystal structure. ⺠Quantum EMDDF and Monte Carlo simulated results show a pronounced difference. ⺠Mean escape depth is about half for a crystal as that for an amorphous solid.
