Abstract
⺠Relaxation dynamics of labyrinthine submonolayer films was studied by STM. ⺠Real time observation of evolution of homoepitaxial films on SrTiO3(001). ⺠Dominant microscopic processes in different stages of the relaxation are revealed. ⺠The observed morphological evolution is reproduced by a kinetic MC simulation.
