Abstract
⺠We show at least a three times higher surface sensitivity for MIES compared to UPS. ⺠Achieved detection limit of 13% ML for TCE on Mo(112). ⺠TCE on Mo(112), Mo(100) and Pt(111): physisorption followed by multilayer formation. ⺠No orientational changes of the TCE molecule with coverage can be evidenced.
