Abstract
⺠We investigate the growth modes of InP nanowires. ⺠Ab-initio-based approach which incorporates temperature and pressure is employed. ⺠{1-100} facets can be formed for high temperature and low P pressure. ⺠{11-20} facets can be formed for low temperature and high P pressure.
