Abstract
⺠We elaborate SERS platform for label free DNA detection. ⺠The platform is made of TiO2 and Ag nanoparticles. ⺠We take benefit from the photocatalytic properties and photohydrophilicity of TiO2 film. ⺠We improve the DNA grafting and surface coverage. ⺠We improve the Raman spectra of DNA: single strand and double strand.
