Abstract
⺠We investigate the In-rich InAs (001) surface structure at room and at low temperatures. ⺠At room temperature the surface is described by fluctuating zeta model. ⺠At cryogenic temperatures transition to a different structure is observed. ⺠The structure is surface-stoichiometry dependent.
