Abstract
⺠We investigate the edges of epitaxial graphene on 6H-SiC (0001) using STM/STS. ⺠Both zigzag and armchair edges are resolved in a 150° edge corner. ⺠The graphene layer exhibits one-dimensional ridge in the vicinity to step edge.
