Abstract
► Negative ion emission from pulsed ferroelectrics. ► Mission caused by a Coulomb explosion of a rapidly formed polarization cloud. ► Emission takes place at distances of several tens of μm away from the metal tip. ► Masses and velocities of ions were analyzed and compared with SIMS and SD spectra.
