Abstract
⺠Atomically flat and damage-free SiC(0001) surfaces can be produced. ⺠High-quality graphene formed on the flat and damage-free-SiC(0001) surfaces. ⺠Surface roughing factors on SiC substrates reduce the quality of graphene films.
