Abstract
⺠Surface structure of MnSi thin films on Si(111). ⺠Effect of surface structure on surface properties. ⺠Surface of new type is formed under condition of Si deficit. ⺠Diffusion coefficient of Au adatoms on various surfaces varies by factor of 8000.
