Abstract
⺠NO dissociation is suppressed in the presence of S18O2, O atoms and sulphoxy species. ⺠Suppressive effects exerted by O atoms and sulphoxy species exist for the NO-D reaction. ⺠Sulphoxy species-induced suppression of the NO-D reaction weakens NO-Pt interactions. ⺠Site blocking effects of sulphoxy species and O atoms does not suppress the NO-D reaction.
