Abstract
⺠Observation of a crystal truncation rod with a coherent x-ray beam. ⺠A Si(111) vicinal surface is studied in symmetric Bragg configuration. ⺠Close to (111) Bragg peak, scattering reflects the perfect cystalline planes. ⺠At intermediate “Anti Bragg” position, speckles reflect the surface disorder.
