Abstract
âºSol-gel versatility allows producing super-hydrophilic TiO2-SiO2 thin films. âºTiO2-SiO2 films show a natural, persistent and photo-regenerable super-hydrophilicity. âºCleanability of composite films can be measured by dynamic wettability experiments. ⺠Suitable sol formulation enables the formation of surfaces with enhanced cleanability.
