Abstract
⺠Except the BN nanotubes, three other studied tubes can effectively adsorb the CO. ⺠The AlN nanotubes are the most favorable system toward the CO adsorption. ⺠CO adsorption doesn't sensibly change the HOMO/LUMO gap of the studied tubes.
