Abstract
► We examine electronic structure of Cu3N-Cu(110) by tunnelling spectroscopy. ► Electronic features of Cu3N network vary locally due to different N-Cu bonding. ► Constant height and constant current tunnelling spectroscopy modes are applied. ► A presence of N 2p, Cu 3d hybridized states is experimentally verified.
