Abstract
⺠Hydrogen exposures on a monolayer graphene on SiC result in hydrogen intercalation. ⺠The intercalation eliminates/transforms a buffer layer into a second graphene layer. ⺠Monolayer graphene is converted to bi-layer graphene upon the hydrogen intercalation. ⺠This process is shown to be reversible.
