Abstract
⺠The adsorption kinetics of small chain alkanes on CaO(100) were studied. ⺠A molecular and dissociative adsorption pathway was evident, except for ethane. ⺠Mostly methane and ethylene are formed. ⺠Two molecular TDS peaks are seen. ⺠Two samples were studied, blind experiments were conducted.
