Abstract
⺠Preparation of well-ordered iron-molybdate thin films as model catalysts. ⺠Mo deposition onto Fe3O4(111) thin films as a function of Mo coverage and annealing temperature. ⺠Mo migration into the film at elevated temperatures, above 900 K. ⺠The surface undergoes a (â3 Ã â3)R30° reconstruction. ⺠The proposed structure includes Fe substitution by Mo in the surface layers.
