Abstract
⺠Transition metal silicides are fabricated by using ion-beam cosputter deposition. ⺠Long-range ordered structures are achieved through thermal annealing. ⺠Possible silicide phases are predicted by Pretorius' model. ⺠XPS chemical shift is studied through Auger parameters investigation.
