Abstract
⺠Luminescence of single CdSe NC is excited by scanning tunneling microscope current. ⺠Gold substrates with low and high density of CdSe NC were prepared. ⺠Fluctuations of electroluminescence intensity were measured. ⺠Distribution of photons in electroluminescence was measured. ⺠A microscopic model for absorber/emitter has been found.
