Abstract
⺠Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrons were grafted on hydrosilylated silicon. ⺠Dense amines of PAMAM dendrons are required in fabricating biochip and biosensor. ⺠On-chip synthesis of a three amino acid peptide of Arg-Gly-Asp was exemplified.
