Abstract
⺠We express efficiencies as a power-law series of size parameter for charged spheres. ⺠The extinction of very small nano-spheres depends strongly on the electric potential. ⺠The phase function is not nearly as sensitive to the potential. ⺠The inclusion of charge on small cosmic dust particles can have a significant impact on their emission features. ⺠Charge also affects the resulting equilibrium temperatures of cosmic dust particles.
