Abstract
We present experimentally measured branching fractions for optical emissions from the lowest six levels of the 5p57p manifold in xenon. Many of the emission lines from these levels are in the visible or near IR ends of the spectrum and are viable candidates for plasma diagnostic purposes. This work represents the first comprehensive set of measurements for these branching fractions. We compare our results to the very limited experimental and theoretical sources available.
