Abstract
Upconversion emission spectra of the CaYb1.8Er0.2Ge3O10 powders prepared by different methods and the concentration dependences for three lines for the CaYb2-xErxGe3O10 samples prepared by EDTA-assisted route. A digital photograph of the fluorescence emission of the CaYb1.8Er0.2Ge3O10 germanate is shown in the inset.263
