Abstract
Under 460 nm excitation, the phosphors Eu2SiS4:xEr3+ (x = 0.04, 0.06) give reddish-orange emitting light with higher color purity, and the chromaticity coordinate is close to that of the commercial red emitting Y2O2S:Eu3+ phosphor.277
