Abstract
The research proposes an evaluation methodology framework for environmental impacts assessment (EIA) projects incorporating a results-based indicator evaluation analysis. Result-based evaluation is a method of evaluation that concentrates on measuring the achievement of outcomes which have been achieved in line with concrete elaborated objectives.
