Abstract
Identification features, identifying the main trends of problematic issues of corporate partnerships in technical universities of Kazakhstan and determination of the main directions of its development. The article identified tendencies of development of corporate partnerships in technical colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of modern transformations in education. Here we made assessment and diagnosis of major policy documents; justified factors influencing the further development of corporate governance in the modern university. Also in this article was proposed tools to improve the management of modern universities were formed in terms of changes in the current legal framework.
