Abstract
Highly dispersed Pd nanoparticles were successfully deposited on N-doped carbon nanotubes(Pd/N-CNTs) employing sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as a salt and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) not only as a surface modifier but also as a stabilizing agent. The as-synthesized Pd/N-CNTs catalysts were active in the Heck reaction and the oxidation of benzyl alcohol.145
