Abstract
Magnetic iron sulfide nanoparticles (Greigite - Fe3S4 and Pyrrhotite - Fe1-xS) have been synthesized and their electronic properties established. Self-activated and reliable room-temperature gas and humidity sensor reveals satisfactory performance of the assembled device without external heating.382
