Abstract
The wearable solar thermoelectric generator in this study proposes a promising way to further improve the efficiency by raising the temperature difference. The device with a solar absorber of Ti/MgF2 superlattice which is integrated to BiTe-based thermoelectric legs produces electricity with high temperature difference of the flexible substrate under 1Â sun condition.293
